Sorry. Not sure if this is the correct thread to ask.
If I want to buy a banker cheque from the buy, will it be cheaper at CIMB? I read the fee from the respective online banking: RM 2.15 for CIMB and RM 5 for MBB. This will be regardless the amount right? Thank you. This post has been edited by David83: Mar 10 2013, 01:43 PM |

QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 10 2013, 01:41 PM) Sorry. Not sure if this is the correct thread to ask. I have bought a banker's cheque from CIMB Bank before and the charge was indeed RM2.15 (RM0.15 is for stamp duty). And yes, it is one flat rate for any amount and cheaper compared to MBB.If I want to buy a banker cheque from the buy, will it be cheaper at CIMB? I read the fee from the respective online banking: RM 2.15 for CIMB and RM 5 for MBB. This will be regardless the amount right? Thank you. |

QUOTE Effective May 2, 2013, the fee for Interbank GIRO or IBG transactions done online via internet banking and mobile banking, would be at 10 sen. "The low online IBG fee is aimed at providing the incentive for users to switch from other more costly payment methods to lower cost alternatives," it said. BNM said online payment would provide significant benefits to individuals and businesses. This post has been edited by ronnie: Mar 20 2013, 10:11 PM |

QUOTE(abhipraaya @ Mar 21 2013, 01:00 PM) will this be for all accounts or only basic type? I believe it should be for all account types... but these will make FREE IBG feature less attractive (like SCB JustOne CASA)hopefully they also abolish the max number of times we can perfrom IBG at this special rate.. |
