Company bank account I not sure, but for personal bank account limit is RM5k for online IBG, otherwise go to the bank and over-the-counter transaction no problem (I've moved 80+k before). 'No problem' except for long line to wait la... =p

Is it possible to make a local transfer of more than RM5K online? Any bank gives this service ?

Can someone verify this situation to me. I've transferred RM3K from PBB to RHB account through online transfer yesterday morning. Then today I check my RHB account the money isn't there, when I double check the account details of transfer through PBB online banking, I realized that I missed out one digit X-XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X to just XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X in which i left out the first digit. The thing is, the amount in the PBB account is already deducted 3K. Any possibility the transaction could fail and return the money back to my account? Gosh.... I called the Public Bank and they said they could not check today as it is not bank working days. Anyone know what to do or any idea if it would be refunded back? =_=

It will be reversed back into Public Bank next week due to the Friday being a public holiday in KL.
Actual transfer will start on Monday and should reverse back to you on Tuesday/Wednesday

how about maximum interbank transfer limit

RM40,000/day for HSBC (default is RM5,000/day) and RM5,000/day for most other banks. Several banks have recently revised this daily limit from RM5,000/day to RM10,000/day.

i tried to online transfer from imuamalat to maybank. it didn't allow for RM5000. so, i transfered RM3000 & it's accepted. is it possible to increase the limit?

Most banks set the maximum limit to RM5,000/day. You can try to change this by calling your bank, go to a nearby Mualamat Bank branch or see if you can change this limit yourself in the online banking portal.

Interbank transfer will normally take at least 3-2 days

from what i read, if after cut off is the next business day. my case will b tomorrow la. hehe

If you perform IBG before 11:30am, the recipient account will be updated >7pm

supposed to receive some cash from rhb online..mine is maybank...the person said she banked in tuesday morning....
till now i have not received the money zzz
