Is there a problem with PBe interbank fund transfer today?

Anyone can't use CIMB Clicks to do Instant Transfer to Maybank? I can't seem to click on Instant Transfer, only can Normal Transfer.

Anybody got problem with PBe too? They charged my same E-SI for IBG Transfer twice. Been calling Customer Support since morning but to no avail.

Why I received this kind of error message for IIBFT from CIMB to PBB:

How do someone cancel an "accepted for processing" IBG transaction?
Calling the bank hotline is the only way? |

Want to ask, I have Standing Instructions for GIRO on 30th August, since today (31st) is public holiday, and 1-2 of Sep is weekend, the fund will only receive by beneficiary on Monday (3rd)?

 Interbank GIRO (IBG) and Instant Transfer (IBFT) Service Fee Waiver [ MBB ] 7 SEPTEMBER 2018 Dear Valued Customers, Interbank Giro (IBG) service fee of RM0.10 will be waived on 8th Sept 2018 onwards (excluding ATM). Effective 1st August 2018, no more service fee for any Instant Transfer via Maybank2u and Maybank App (excluding ATM). Login to Maybank2u now to enjoy unlimited transfers daily.
