My personal experience:
1.Interbank Transfer is most expensive with Maybank @ RM2 (Premier Savings ac).
2.MEPs withdrawal at OCBC (from MBB) is RM4.

I thought all interbank withdrawal at MEPs were at RM1. Is it standard for for withdrawal at foreign bank at RM4? What about foreign bank to foreign bank?

From OBCB website, they charge RM 4.

Is there a delay for paying utility bills online through IBG? For example, if we pay on the same day as the bill due date.

IBG can take up to 3 working days.

Better make it early. So far, the fastest I can observe is 1 working day from CIMB to Citibank.

Utility bill is paid via Banks' payment system not via IBG.

for funds to arrive in the same day @ evening, your customer need to IBG before 12pm... Else it will arrive on the 2nd working day.

For OCBC IBG... the maximum daily limit is RM5000.
Let's say I perform IBG of RM5000 at 11pm, 2-Feb-2012
Can I do another transfer of RM5000 on 9am, 3 Feb 2012 ?

Would the total funds received in the beneficiary account be RM10000 on 3-Feb-2012 ?
