@Rainings, just to make sure, you let the HWMonitor running during you play games ?
Because the screenshot kinda weird, the min and max temp is too near... |

^on the first screenshot, the GT540M only run at 0.83 volt, while the second one on 1.08v..

How did you measure the temp?
1) You open HWMonitor, minimize it, start gaming for a while, alt+tab, screenshot 2. Start gaming for a while, alt + tab, open HWMonitor, screenshot |
