I opened an account about 4 - 5 months ago.it says

I got my IC certified by bringing my original and photocopy IC to CIMB bank and getting them to chop and certify the document.
You could do it with the police as well, but must be an officer with high rank who can stamp/chop and sign/validate the photocopy.
Then, all you got to do is scan the document and email it over.
