Not sure where you get the information. Is your stove facing the guest room door? door face kitchen no problem, but not so good direct to stove.

From the attached picture, i assume your main door is on the right of the picture, that is not direct to the toilet door.

If you too concern on FS, better ask some "sifu" to do an audit, over here i doubt you get a accurate or comfortable answer.

Just make sure toilet door is close after use, and always close.

For real audit, you need to know your house direction, gua, and house occupant gua number. 3 Main things of a house is Entrance, stove, and Bed. But this is only 20%, the 80% is external environment, aka macro Feng Shui.

If you are already planing to renovate and believe in FS. Can consult them before start work loh. If already have a house, usually they will give you advice, and if possible fix the bed, stove and use less area that are not so conductive. Also give you recommendation what can be change to be better. But most important, is external and surrounding.

If you don't believe, just do what you wish, and what make sense.
