I am facing a dilemma with the problem after hacking off the wall as shown in the picture. How can I deal with the toilet door and also the wash basin which is situated in the picture?

Feng shui said it's not good to have the toilet door facing the main door when the moment you step into the house. Also it's not good to have the guest room door facing kitchen. And finally the wash basin is situated outside the toilet, so where to move this wash basin?

You are right about the main door which is on the right-side of the picture but what if the sliding door beside the main door is able to see the toilet door from outside, how?
