Long story short, has been getting help from Mr Lai since 12/2014 in mnp (done at home&no queue), paying bill (with discounted rate), and getting prepaid bb sim (cheapest rate I found). Mr Lai has been very helpful, tolerate, kind and friendly to me in explaining the details of the procedures, promotions and etc to ensure i always get the most money to value ratio back there.
