Hi, would like to ask about u28 and the prepaid UMI? can show me a distinct difference? whether the free calls are for all network? if yes, means i will be sacrificing data quota and free sms for free calls? and what are the speed after the limit? are they both lowered to 64kbps? and does the celcom dosmestic roaming work fluently(does not require long time and does not cause service interruption too long) and if i wanna port from hotlink, possible? please PM me the details.. interested
