I have buy this u28 from umobile before but i never topup.. I think already 3 months +
the num still active.. But no internet,call,sms la ..

Do i need to activate it again or just topup

Bcause last time also already 3months plus nver topup.. Then i went to umobile to ask for topuo, .. Can topup but she did something i dunno maybe activate it or what cant remember,
