what's the diff between postpaid RM28/1GB or prepaid RM30/2GB?

RM28/1gb is postpaid voice call plan
got free 300sms no need to change sim card everymonth

RM30 prepaid is prepaid sim card that inside 40credits for you to subscribe 2gb /month package
but need to change sim card every month else you top up urself to continue

i need data plan only.

Does the RM30 prepaid include first month data usage and if top up 2nd month with you, can get 10% rebate?
