Some recommendations for TS: You might want to remove the "Small accessories" tag. Keyboard is not considered an accessory, it's a necessity part for a computer.
Accessories = Bonus staff that you can live without, main function is as compliment and make things more useful. Eg, for an i-Phone, seller always say that accessories incl. charger. Hi,my ducky 1008 have some problems and cant be detected from both my macbook and my pc,may I know the process of sending it back for repair. I didnt get this from you but directly from pchome website.I got this keyboard for less than 6 months only. Let me know if you have more information. Thank you.
