one thing i don't understand. why do people install matte screen protectors and blur the high resolution RETINA display?
they install already then they tell themselves "its ok" until you put another iPhone 4/4S next to it with no SP or clear SP..and the one with matte SP looks like shit.
why screw up a perfectly high resolution screen? really tak faham. pay to make things worst.
Bought a SGP Neo Hybrid Color Series Dante Red from MacStudio at lowyat today. Are SGP products from MacStudio genuine ?
The stickers say the case is for iPhone 4 but it fits my 4S just fine
all new SGP products now come with a serial number INSIDE which you can verify at http://original.sgpstore.com if no serial number or the number cannot be verified, it is FAKE!

Does pinlo slice 3 compatible with iPhone 4s?
there is a slice 3 for ip4, and one for ip4s. they are not exchangeable. be sure to buy the right one.
QUOTE(doomx @ Dec 30 2011, 01:25 PM)
dont waste money buy pinlo product. slice 3 drop table height also crack d. that for rm99 waste money only. i got a tpu plastic casing rm12 same feel like pinlo slice 3.
same feel? is it just as thin? i have a slice 3 on ip4s, drop from standing bar table height, landed on its back on concrete floor, case crack, phone is fine. i feel the case did its job for protecting the phone. i bought the slice 3 for its slimness and a little bit more protection than just stickers. i don't want bulky since i put my phone in my tight pockets.
anyway some new stuff arrived on my desk today.
i'm using the free SP that came with the pinlo slice3.. the SP actually SLIDES off the phone little by little.. OMG. didn't happen with my SGP Oleo on my old Galaxy S.

I'm using SGP Oleophobic myself as fingerprints come off easy and doesn't bother me much. My rating, clarity is 10/10. SGP Ultra Optics is 9/10. Usual matte/anti fingerprint is 7/10 and you lose the clarity of our RETINA.
The only downside of Ultra Optics is there's a vinyl noise when you run your fingers on the screen.
Pinlo Slice 3. Actually I want to go naked..but dropped my phone once with the Slice 3...case koyak but lucky phone is ok.
QUOTE(kahjye @ Jan 8 2012, 09:28 PM)
guys , can suggest me a good screen protector which will not attract finger prints ?
while maintaining the crystal clear retina hd screen of ip4s..
anti-fingerprint with the best optical quality will be SGP Ultra Optics. all matte SP will deterioriate the RETINA for sure..

No .. All around
Its like buying fake LV and real LV..both also can put things inside, both also bags can carry stuff.. doesn't make people buying ori stupid

hi people...
just wondering which screen protection u guys are using?
i've been using BodyGuardz since i bought my phone, want to replace a new one now as some of the edges starting to peel off..
there are too many out there so i thought i wanna get some opinions...
which would be good for
- clear screen / privacy - anti scratch, anti-fingerprints and not oily?
or what about something similiar to bodyguardz?
I'm using SGP Ultra Oleophobic. Fingerprints still show up but comes off easily as the screen protector repels oil. Its crystal clear. Anti-fingerprint.. would be the SGP Ultra Optics
QUOTE(joonwei23 @ Jan 11 2012, 11:51 PM)
Anyone using SGP sp's ? Need some reviews for the Oleophobic one. Seems like there's the older one and newer one now. Difference is the thickness. Which one would be better ? Thanks
I've used both the old and new, can safely say both have oleophobic quality, the new one also seem to resists scratches better than the old. new one now comes with 1xfront, 1xback instead of 2x front..and more importantly SGP products now come with a serial number inside to authenticate it online.

So which one would you recommend ? The Oleophobic or the Ultra Optics. I'm currently using the anti-glare one from Griffin. Not clear and a lot of oil marks
if you get irritated by fingerprints and oil marks, definitely get the Ultra Optics - no fingerprints at all. if you can live with the fingerprints and oil marks, get the Oleophobic -- because although it is Oleophobic, fingerprints and oil still appear, but just come off much easier.
yes that is the old one, and you should get 2x front. IIRC old packaging no serial number inside so there are fakes floating around. if you follow the link in my sig you can see the new packaging and everything that comes with it, and more importantly the serial number to authenticate that it is original.
I have not handled the old Ultra Optics, I only have hands on experience with the old Ultra Oleophobic and new Ultra Oleophobic, so I cannot comment on that. but I believe it should be the same

Quality is hit or miss. some make good ones some make bad ones. Anyway so what if u got it for Rm20 more? small matter. Beats spending RM400+ (during ori vapor 4 time)...
Just be happy with the looks when the case comes And be even more happy you saved yourself RM300+
not sure what you are referring too, but in my experience, fake SGP cases are inconsistent, I bought a crapload of it to do some research and the result is the fit and finish is inconsistent, the plastic is wavy, the fake Steinheil screen protector included is utter rubbish.
as for the original stuff, each and every original SGP screen protector I've applied is the same, consistent quality.
by original, I don't mean seller say original by original I mean it is verified original on http://original.sgpstore.com with the Serial Number that came with the screen protector.
the stuff is so good they started making fakes on a mass scale..oh well.. imitation is a form of flattery.. people only imitate the best.. thats why you have fake LV, fake Polo Ralph Lauren and now fake SGP, and fake Vapor
Ok here is the difference between clear and matte based on my experience.
1. Crystal Clear - Well its...clear. Simple as that. Retina display in all its glory. But be prepared to keep wiping away smudges and stuff. It gets especially oily if you have an oily face especially when you receive a call and you press it towards your face.
2. Matte - Compromises your Retina Display screen quality....by quite a lot.... Surface is much smoother and it feels nicer when you swipe around or play games. Smudges a little and oil and stuff are easier to wipe off.
Overall I still prefer the Crystal Clear though.
If you want the best of both worlds the closest is the SGP Ultra Optics.
Crystal Clear can go for SGP or Power Support. Same for Matte.
You can consider XSP for a cheaper alternative for either the Crystal Clear type or the matte type.

SGP ultra optics? I shall go and do some research now..hmmh
well just make sure you get the original SGP or Power Support. imitations are utter rainbow-ing rubbish.
just came back from the doctor.. he was using the Draco. i don't really like it as it makes the phone look wider. and the wild curves aren't for me. the finish was however, top notch.
nobody got a clue where to get power support air jacket and how much?
thanks mate. hope they have the clear black one.. I'll go check it out. which Machines you went by the way?
QUOTE(shinchan5347 @ Jan 17 2012, 11:53 PM)
my sgp sp have a bit of bubble due to my fault during the installation and i think i want to pull it off then apply it again..is it possible?
yes it is possible. provided its the original SGP it can be reapplied as they use very good adhesive with no residue. but if its just air bubble and not dust, you can use the squeegee to push the air bubble out.
I'll never waste my money for a replica. The feeling is never the same as to owning a genuine one.
well.. some people can't tell the difference.
QUOTE(ericpires @ Jan 18 2012, 12:26 PM)
Yeah, sometimes i don't understand why some ppl can buy iphone but buy a cheapo few bux casing for it.
well.. *some* cheapo casings are well built. but most are not. I have friend who destroyed a SGP Neo within 3 months (the rubber became loose), killed 2 Moshi within 1 week then chewed down a fake SGP Ultra Thin within a week as well. surprisingly now using a fake Levi case.. so far so good..
I killed a Pinlo Slice 3 within a week by dropping it.. well..the phone is fine so the case served its purpose.

Just wanna compare with my 25 dollar moshi...
you overpaid for your Moshi.. i bought for my friend RM30 for two!

SGP vs power support which one is the best? which one worth to buy? i just want the crystal clear.
If you want crystal clear with 100% RETINA display quality, get the SGP Oleophobic. It is clear with an oleophobic coating just like naked iphone 4/4s glass.. so oils come off easily.
Power Support has good optical quality, but no oleophobic coating.

Hi all, wana ask if the SGP Ultra Crystal SP selling for RM39, is it possible to be genuine product?
No. Unless there's a serial number to verify its authenticity, but the seller would be making a loss
