QUOTE(sigheart @ Mar 26 2012, 12:17 PM) To a certain extent of "whether it is worth it" is kind of true actually when it comes to iPhone cases. the same can be said about fake LVs, and fake Rolexes. it will function almost as good as the original. in fact, a fake Rolex with a Quartz movement is more accurate in timekeeping than a real Rolex. the price of an original Ralph Lauren can buy 10x fakes. And its just a Polo shirt right, why buy the real thing? both also made of cotton, both also cover body, both also got the kuda logo.I have 2 original Vapors, a Pro and a non pro and 3 fakes, 2 Pros and a Vapor Comp. Yet here I am preferring and currently using a fake Vapor Comp. If you can get your hands on high quality fake Vapors they feel, look and protects your phone almost as good as the original at like, 1/4 of the price? alas, this is what separates cheap bastards from the rest. justify all you want, you might be able to afford the real thing but you would never buy it, making you a cheap skate with no class. and don't call it OEM la, OEM my ass, just say its fake and I'm smart (or cheap, use whichever word you like) and its not worth paying for the real thing. in your case, you own both so you can say whatever you want about the real thing and the fake. but a lot of people, having never owned nor used the real stuff would justify and say their fake shit is as good as real. |

Speaking of Android I saw this tweet.... "android phones don't need cases. When you drop it on the ground, it's just an android phone - WHo cares?" Android is fun but Apple....is great. I used to love my s2 alot until I feel it took me forever when comes to modding. Changing speed, roms, kernels everything. Takes up sooooo much time and I decided, hey let's go Apple. moreover, I lvoe Apple since day 1 I know them just that I never get one for myself. So, like you, I will never regret it. Highly recommended. Further more, gonna get my gf ip5 when its out. So yeah... This post has been edited by hunkofaman: Mar 26 2012, 08:16 PM |

I just ordered a Glas.T
Will post a short review on it once I've applied it. So far from what I've seen in vid or written reviews they seem great. |

GLASt is superb but quite thick. It's by far the best SP i've used so far. Got it from a forumer in here selling SGP products. A very good seller.
How does it feel? Feels like not using any SP. I'm using SGP neo hybrid so there's no issue for case fitting as the silicone jacket goes on top of the thick SP. For other case which covers/go over the screen, it might be a tight fit or doesn't fit at all. You can see the thickness of the SP once applied to the phone. Cases like powersupport air jacket or pinlo slice 3 won't have any problem with this SP. I don't know about elementcase vapor or those like it will fit. As long as the case does not have a tight fit to the screen bezel/frame then it should be fine. P/S - it's a pain in the a$$ to put this SP on a white iphone as you can't take it off and put back for alignment like normal SP. This is a glass SP so it's not flexible like the normal thin plactic SP. I've written a short guideline on how to help install the GLASt SP on bro kirra SGP stuff thread in garage sales. |
