Anyone heard of lucky labs? I recently took advantage of their sales and got the silver fibreglass back and some spectra wraps and I gotta say, top quality. Cut outs are absolutely precise and the silver fibreglass is absolutely gorgeous. This is real fibreglass btw, not some cheapo decal sticker. They have a carbon fibre variant which uses real carbon fibre as well. I bought all these for damn cheap, 35% off on top of discounted prices during their iPhone 4S launch promo and recently they just had a Black Friday buy 1 free 1 special.

Screen protector XSP Silk from Sean. So any special discount for my next purchase for promoting?  tongue.gif

Review: Houndstooth of Ultra Case

I am not a fan of TPU case because of its monotonous looking. They are usually in plain pattern with no excitement at all.

Recently there are a few new TPU cases trying to break this traditionally image. Most of them go for graphic; while a few go for more uncommon way.

Ultra Case Houndstooth is among the few. As its name indicates, it features hounstooth patterns. The black and white pattern is sharp and refined. Better graphic than common TPU case, but is not really extraordinary compared with other brands.

Putting the case onto the iPhone 4 is easy. The overall protection is satisfactory, as it holds the edge quite tightly. The edges are smooth and easy to grip, though it may look a little bit thick when looking at the front. The buttons are easy to approach, as there is a slot for the volume button. This means the case is compatible to all carriers of iPhone 4 and 4S.

What actually makes this stuff different is its surface. Sprayed with fine glitters, this case looks exceptionally dazzling and shiny. Together with the great contrast due to the black-and-white colour scheme, Houndstooth has an exceptionally sharp looking. This helps the case stand out from the dull colour scheme that is stereotypical to TPU cases.

While on function this new Ultra Case product does not give much surprise, it is quite unique and refined in appearance and design. It’s quite a good choice of TPU stuff.

The FiiO X-Protector actually takes it to a whole new level in built quality and material use as it is fully CNC machined out of 6061 grade aluminum alloy while Graft's is a combination of metal and polycarbonate.
how much is it?
