Which part is wavy? As long as its original. . The 'happy' feeling is there. At least for me  icon_rolleyes.gif .

The transparent polycarbonate side will be flex side that seems to be wavy.

I have just got my Vapor Pro authentic case. One potential problem I spot will be the sharp edge at the inner rim that will be contacting with the iPhone aluminum bezel. I doubt why this sharp edge is not filed to be smooth edge as it might be contacting with the iPhone bezel after installation. It might potentially scratch the iPhone bezel. Anyone feels the same? Try to touch and feel the inner rim of the case and you will know what am I saying.

Mine doesn't have this problem. Vapor Pro Stealth, Chroma and White Edition... smile.gif

Went to Mac City and find similar sharp edge at the Vapor Chroma and Vapor 4. Guess Element Case doesn't perform a better finishing in the inner parts.

Which part have the sharp part? I dont have any sharp edge on mine.
Isnt the edge is being cushion by the rubber pad(or whatever it is)?
This is fake vapor right. Since the antenna rf is bit shorter and the spectra silver is not a brushed silver.
Anyway, how was it? Try fit it to the phone. Read from those fake vapor users at macrumors, there are some play when the phone equipped with the case.

The inner rubber lining does not fully cushion the "drain". The edge of the drain is not smooth at all. In fact it's sharp. smile.gif Element should file the edge of drain before sending for colour treatment.

I dont have those sharp edge said above either..maybe my finger not really ocd to those sharp in your definition. I have checked mine and all area/edge is fine.

I think if you are uncomfortable with the case, should just not using it i guess.

So far im fully satisfied with the case, in fact second case that i will use it for long time (until iphone 5 release perhaps?) after my pinlo slice worn out.
On the side note, i still keep my eyes on mindplar i+case.. Unfortunately the developer still failling to overcome the signal issue.. Lots of bad/anger feedback at kickstart.. But yeah when start investing something new, should ready to accept the outcome either success or failure.

Beautiful case but kinda dead..

You are true. My definition of "sharpness" maybe different from yours. Perhaps I am more particular on this than anybody else. I will check whether it is contacting the aluminium bezel once iPhone and Vapor case are put together.

i+ case is sleek. I wonder whether iPhone 4S will get impacted by the signal loss as well.

wow thats a low blow man. not once did he tried to sell anything here. he has shared more stuff here than your contributions.

s3an: does any of the vapor comp you handled attract fingerprints? or is it a matte finish.
EDIT: original vapors

Sean shares lots of precious information for iPhone case instead of wanting to promote his items. The choice is still open to buyers.

One important thing of not getting tax will be the shipment destination. If you are in FTZ, you might not get tax even though you are using Fedex.

Anywhere I could get the screw driver/Allen key for vapor pro?
Kinda lost mine sad.gif
Anyway my vapor is replica, if it matters.
Thank you!

Get the normal allen key from hardware shop. It can be used as well unless you insist on the same allen key as stocked.

Test first
The original screw won't work on the screws on the replica
The type and sizes are different

Rephrase
The original screwdriver won't work on the screws from the replica

Allen key has 2 standard - inches or metric. Just bring 1 screw to try out at hardware shop. The hardware shop guy will know it is inches or metric standard. I actually use the smallest size of allen key but I don't really go and identify whether it's inches or metric.
