So different developer I think better Yes i hope this area mainly apartment+ retail shops with NO mall or big office.. enough oversupply fr those malls/offices in KV.. Too slow project might be not investor friendly.. |

Lrt, monorail and mrt 2 in d door step in a good location. However no news for d redevelopment yet....

Segregated by Jln Tun Razak, since northern portion has been acquired by MRT, wonder what's the plan for the southern portion. Tried to call Asie but seems like their contact number is no longer valid.
