Currently i am taking True mass by Bsn which cost around 258 per bottle in GNC(Kota Damaansara)

Now all i wanna know can anyone recommend different type of protein shake that work best and doesn't cost as much as GNC which is overpriced

But GNC is the only shop i know that sells protein shake(I am newbie btw)

So please recommend me the shops around that area where i can buy the protein shake with affordable price(Lean or Mass doesn't matter)
