QUOTE(e30 @ Aug 1 2011, 11:17 PM) bro, search for Ah Kit in mudah. his shop is in sek24 shah alam. i went there last week. he had RPF1 (taiwan imitation) in 15" , pcd 114.3. price for rims ONLY is RM650. but only left in flat black colour. looks damn nice, only 4 holes unlike other taiwan fakes which have 8 holes. give him a call first to see if still in stock. btw, i've never purchased from him yet, so dunno the shop's reputation. but they are damn popular in mudah. bought my imitation oz power 15" from him..decent stock.. price wise ok.. service wise ok.. trade in price for stock rims is standard.. want higher trade in have to go to rawang.. the only thing bad from personal exp is the bangla who did alignment on my car after rim installing wants to charge additional rm30 per camber adjustment on top of the alignment charges which is crazy.. also hardened steel lock nuts x16 pieces charged at rm100.. abit expensive i know.. all in all, would still go back there.. the rim prices is competetive even against kedai papan cos last month went rim hunting with a friend.. started rim hunting @ kedai papan -> ahkit -> david.. finally found the rim he wanted at david's.. david's shop also in shah alam is another must go rim shop in shah alam.. zaphyer.. which hugo branch did u go to for that catch tank incident? actually the price is just a guide.. i frequent the kajang branch, the supervisor there knows me and he usually quotes me cheaper from the listed price.. i would check sometimes by asking the same question to his underlings and i was quoted a different higher price.. example.. sparco bumper spring lock + installation -> supervisor price rm40.. sparco bumper spring lock (brought my own) just need installation -> underlings quoted me rm50.. QUOTE(GEFORCEXTREME @ Aug 8 2011, 04:34 PM) tekming sunway or kedai tayar rawang on jalan reko, kajang..tekming ready stock for some sizes.. jalan reko you need to place order in advance 1 day before installing.. and if you mean how do i 'find' it performance wise.. i just love it.. heheh.. before this i've used nct5, xm1, mxv8, pp2 and my01.. i like to drive aggressively from time to time so it gives me good balance between grip, road noise and comfort.. hits the right spot for me.. QUOTE(keisukerx7 @ Aug 10 2011, 11:54 AM) i dont think the sound soft issue is related to bitrate..i had the same prob once on my waja.. i DIY the aux cable out(since my waja HU has aux mode) to an external mp3 player.. 1st time doing it the sound was very low.. i had to max vol and still its consider too slow.. cant be rite? after checking the cable i found out that i connect the aux jack at the wrong connecter.. plugging it back at the rite connecter and everything went ok.. recheck your wiring.. Added on August 10, 2011, 2:33 pm QUOTE(Daniel John @ Aug 10 2011, 02:03 PM) ok...i belasah je la....how long wil it take to get it done? max 1 hour for both front pair.. price for installation and wiring shouldnt cost more then rm50 if your neo is lite/baseline model..This post has been edited by reef_d: Aug 10 2011, 02:34 PM |

QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Aug 16 2011, 08:36 AM) I saw a rim I wanted in the link madman posted hmmm.... But I don't know Ah Kit place personally, did Ah Kit accept trade in? yes he accept trade ins.. higher price if the rim u bought it from him, if not would be normal market 2nd trade in price.. which is quite low actually.. around rm300 for 15".. you would be better of selling it directly to someone yourself.. could get rm400 or above..i bought my rims from ahkit too.. |

QUOTE(mfcm @ Aug 16 2011, 11:53 AM) about 3 weeks ago i went to all 3 rims shop on a single day:kedai papan -> ahkit -> david.. the prices for all 3 are comparable already.. kedai papan maybe abit cheaper but they are further in klang while ahkit n david is nearer in shah alam so u save on fuel and toll.. rim selection wise.. kedai papan doesnt have that much choices too.. i would say their selection is abit dated too.. old designs.. i would recommend david any day.. their selection is updated and their 2nd hand rims selection is ok too.. ahkit has decent selection and have a huge 2nd hand oem rims selection (for those wanting to sell off car).. QUOTE(mint87 @ Aug 16 2011, 06:00 PM) hi all satria owners i would go with a newer car anyday.. interior not nice to look at? you'll warm up to it eventually or accept it.. if you hate it that bad, you wouldnt even consider buying it.. so just get the cps and your view of the interior can still change in the future.. i...have a dilemma my current ride(myvi) got into an accident (hit from the back), so now its at the bengkel waiting to siap. But my dad told me to trade in this myvi and get myself another ride. I used to own a satria before this (1.3 – chassis number C96). And i loved it so much..but now, since my dad ask me to trade in the myvi, im thinking of getting myself a satria..its either – the neo cps, or the old GTi.. my elder brother owns a neo (the normal 1.6M) – i loveeeee how it handles, the looks are okay, but i really don’t like the interior..the aircond panels, the radio looks cheapo and it feels to confined. Btw, im a small dude (170cm, skinny). So most of the time, i would be in it, looking at the interior, me not so likey so my 2nd choice is the satria GTi..drove one n i must say i love the 4G93p engine, and the looks are mean. There’s even alot of aftermarket stuffs for it. (pintu mivec, cromax windows, mivec head leave the modifications aside, here’s my story – i just started working with a so so salary, do u guys think i should go for the GTi or the neo CPS? I mean a GTi, i could find a super stock version (no mods wutsoever on it) but it is still 8-10years old. CPS – brand new no headache no nothing. So is it that bad if i bought a 2nd hand GTi? Will it give me headache here and there? (assuming its around 8-10years old). Or should i just go with the CPS? (which i don’t really fancy the interior I need suggestions and comments |
