anybody tried any custom ROM for ace so far? i was thinking of flashing to one

anybody here tried the gingerreal ROM? i updated mine to S5830DXKPB2.3.4),and then i reflash it to gingerreal v1.0. they say it only compatible with KPH which is 2.3.4, but ive done it anyway, and it works..but somehow it lags a lil bit.. would it make reallly make a difference if i flash mine to KPH instead?(KPH is GB update for Europe)

after upgraded to GB 2.3.4, KPB, no SOD or wifi error so far.. though i flash it to Gingerreal V1.0

anybody upgraded to KPB experience SOD? mine with KPB and flash to gingerreal v1.o, has now started to SOD..but no more wifi error. damn..should i revert back to GB without custom ROM?

ive updated mine to KPB.. u need to use ODIN to flash your firmware..currently, u cant use Kies coz its not available yet

yup..the update is official, but not through kies yet.. btw, those who upgraded at samsung centre, you guys version is KPB or KP9?

1. Gingerreal v1.0 for KPH(2.3.4) = flashed on asian 2.3.4 KPB firmware. .Running smooth and fine with animation enabled. excellent response time. i am able to use all go launcher ex transition smoothly and no lag(previously on 2.2.1 and 2.3.4 original firmware lags so much. no wifi error so far, but SOD still occurred.

by any chance do u have whatsapp? coz if yes, turn on wifi, then let someone text u on whatsapp, from whatsapp, u update the software manually, as from there u could get into market and download a new launcher.. (launcher pro or go launcher or any launcher would do just fine), then using the new launcher, get into setting and clear the data on twlauncher.. after that ur twlauncher should work just fine..
