i buy 2 month ago too...mine is silver chrome too at the side. i got 2 back cover. black & white. y u ask?

i just bought SGA last Friday.. huhuh... where can i get apps and game by pc?? and how to install it to SGA??

Guys..I need help here..
recently I updated some apps from the market,then maybe bcoz of multiple updates at the same time, the phone hanged and restarts by itself, after that, I couldn't update or install anything!

until today the problem still persists..

Bought 2 months ago, both black and white cover, silver chrome. On the box written there ceramic white.

sync your gmail account(other type email account i tak tau) with your phone then sign in using your gmail account in android market on pc.
To install, press install.
Make sure you on your 3g/wifi on your phone

i got 2 different color of the box label...
1 is ceramic white, 1 is black...

hence i realize both SGA quality seem different bit, like manufactured from different factory...
i can feel the differences of tightness of USB slot cover and side button (power & volume) between both SGA... sweat.gif

Guys. Since I update to Gingerbread 2.3.4. The battery is draining really really fast (it only last half a day per charge) and it shut itself down randomly. Sometimes even after hanging up a call. Is this a known issue or bug? Any solution? Or is it because of any apps that caused this problem? It really annoys me. sad.gif

nope..using only 137/181 MB internal..
external still got about 4GB left..
i'll try factory reset i guess..

i still got many game to install...but have to delete other current game.

however, i love my ace. for me this is the 1st time i'm buying a smartphone (newbie of this) eventho it just a mid rate (only that i can afford now). maybe in future will buy other smartphone that high rate...especially that supprot HD.

try go to ur running apps and close all market related running apps and clear the cache

are u for sure coz i cant find any forum talking bout cyanogen on ace even gingereal gingerace is still in beta release

Ace is a 1st Android for many people... after that they will know what they want in an Android, and they will upgrade. Ace still fulfills all my needs for now smile.gif

Nothing lah, just curious. Mine is Onyx Black with gunmetal chrome. I was suspecting that the later batches are all Ceramic White with silver chromes.

i think he meant this cyanogen rom but this is not official plus its half way finish for a complete set of rom list u guys can check in [ROM LIST][Video Guide's] Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 Custom ROM List

been using europe 2.3.4 quite stable for me. no issues thus far ( been using since last Thursday.

oh, btw new user of SGA here.. moved from Xt720 smile.gif
