djhenry91, I already got my old cikai phone as backup laugh.gif

Guys, when u are on custom ROM....still got the unlock lag or not? Also those using sd card with class 4 or higher, still got unlock lag?

Go to settings -> applications -> manage applications -> choose that Go themed launcher(should be go launcher?) -> clear defaults

So now u use other launchers for quite a while edi right? No unlock lag at all ah? Cuz I use go launcher/launcher pro/zeam launcher all still lag rclxub.gif just that not as bad as samsung home

Themes are like different designs of your homescreens such as different icon design/different dock all those....

Sorry, I dunno what's winterboard rclxub.gif . U dun need to root to install go launcher.

Installing custom ROMS are either for fun / for better performance / for better customizing ability / improve battery life....hard to explain exactly what is it. Maybe can do a google search, good luck biggrin.gif

Depends on internet connection, I updated from 2.2 to 2.3...took 30 mins I think. But 3rd try only success
