All the while I hv no problem when transfer songs, photos or videos to my ipad via iTunes. But recently, when I want to sync more photos & video to my ipads, it seems facing problem. iTunes just suddenly stop working when half way optimizing photos.

Further to the above, after tried out few times, if i solely syncronised photos, it will be problem free, but once I include videos, then the iTunes will totally stop working, & the error msg is stated as below :

Even I hv uninstalled & reinstalled my iTunes & oso restored my ipads, but the problem is still tere. Can any1 able to help me. Tks

The apple app crash was due to iTunes can't sync those video format which not supported by them. If u hv upload diff format of videos lately, try to delete it then u can sync the photos and videos (which can support by iTunes) both at the same time with problem free.

tumpang ask expert,
i got take lot of short movie clip using my ip3gs n transfer to my pc through itune. but when i want to transfer/sync this movie clip to ip2 through itune, it wont appear in my ip2. y arr...?

I'm not an expert, just tat I trial an error. U mean u hv problem when u want to sync those movies into ur ipad2 ? How u do the transfer ? Drag it directly to ur movie folder or sync it into ur photos folders ?
