You have not set the wifi sleep policy, after the screen timeout the wifi gets disconnect. Go to wifi settings, and check advance settings- and modify the wifi sleep policy to "never". Regarding the grey part- if you are not connected to google services the bars will turn to white- thats the feature of Android

I have major dust problem under the screen. can see it no matter how the screen.

went back to gardens digi to ask them for warranty and stuff but they just ask me to go HTC at the next floor in gardens.

so I went and ask. HTC ppl said sensation have this problem and became common. he also said that they can help me to send to HTC service centre but will take days or a week. I need my phone, so he suggest me to go HTC service centre myself which might only take a few hours to solve the problem. so, I plan to go HTC service centre in plaza berjaya this sat to clean the screen and fix the problem.

so disappointed.

izit normal for the homescreen to refresh everytime(most of the time) when i exit from games(such as Asphalt 6 HD) or after i installed apps?

For those with creaking sounds when you apply pressure on top part of the screen especially top right part, try stuffing thin layers of tissue in the upper corners of the back plate, be careful not to cover the camera LED and other parts (keep it in the black plastic area).

I noticed there are some "dents" in the plastic corner, and I suspect that may be due to my excessive force when trying to get rid of bubbles on the screen protector, the tissue thing worked for me and no creaking now.

No wonder in an earlier post someone commented that the creaking will get worse once it starts, I suspect this may be due to the "dents" getting worse.

But then again, if your backplate really is misaligned/worngly designed/faulty go to SIS to change it then.

Yes..u can get it changed....no question asked from SIS...they will test it abit..and change on the spot...yea u heard me...they change it immediately....but my advice is...don't change if it is mininal..don't go press it it will get worse..leave it the hell alone...I think its normal for it to creak..since they are moving parts...and not made from 1 piece...I read somewhere..they say the creak is for when the battery get bloated after using it for a while lol..don't know how true is that...

May i know how to check my call duration on the phone? Can't seem to find it anywhere. Is there an apps to track it? Pls recommend. Thanks.
