Did anyone notice that if you installed/updated latest "Facebook for Android" from Facebook itself, in the Running Application (Setting), there is Facebook running in the background (used by UploadManager) that use a lot of memory .. max memory that i notice is almost 60MB.
It also makes battery performance horrible (100% -> 44% in a day with very light usage !!!!). Previously without that app, my sensation only consume 30% of battery within a day with light usage
So after browsing internet for a few minutes, my HTC Sense always restarted due to low memory. Is it only me or everyone who use the Facebook app
i think i had the same problem like you..i also used the updated facebook application...and it used up alot of memory in the background even after i close it...drain battery like hell..30-40% overnight..now i seldom used it anymore..hence the battery life came back..you could go to setting>application>running services> and kill it if im not mistaken..It also makes battery performance horrible (100% -> 44% in a day with very light usage !!!!).
