does it looks like a trail of dust coming from the side of the screen? if so i think u need to bring it back and have them reseal the glass and screen for you

i think u need to get it fixed..send it back to where you bought it

i nvr did key in the code lol after i bought it..thts like a month ago lol..coz i think the audio will expire in 1 month..but the premium navigation is still there...

i thot u are going to get it back from the seller? i thot u left it in the seller's shop? haha..i think the number is not tied to the device, thts why HTC couldnt do anything about it..only way is to ask ur seller for help lol

if it is only a few speck of dust, i dont think u need to be too worry about it..if we are talking about a trail of dust from the side of the screen, then i think u need to send it in for them to clean..i dont think u can get a "replacement". they will only help u to clean it.

p/s i also have a couple of speck..got 1 speck is quite huge..almost the size of 1 pixel...i will only send it in if it get worse.

dont go trying to look for it..coz if u view it from a normal distance it should not be that obvious..no one in the right sense will look at their screen from 5cm away right?

bring along ur receipt when u are going..i believe when dissasembling is required, it would take them 3 days to clean it..while u are at it, you can tell them to reseal the screen to ensure it wont come back again

I believe it happens when android ran out of memory, where it kill the sense to free more RAM...I think its harmless...unless the phone restart to the part where the white HTC screen is...

i think its official OTA...it was pushed out in europe..shudnt take long for it to arrive asia

The EVO 3D is thick and bulky....not as sleek as sensation...and a good and snappy camera is always better than 2 slow cameras..despite the larger battery..I think the 3D will eat the battery like no tomorrow...I'm only impressed by the RAM...

any of u ever thot of going back to try out the official OTA once it is pushed out?

pretty serious i think, you could try check XDA forum tho..some ppl were having it pretty serious..u can see like a trail of dust going into the screen..i had some dust on mine too specifically on the left side of the screen somewhere above the usb port..but it wasnt that serious..would seriously consider sending it back to get it fixed once it got really serious...and btw u can checks ur screen by using a very bright light and shine over the screen with the screen turned off...under the sun will work too..but my advice is dont go and find it unless it gets to a point where u can see it even without having it under a very bright light...heard from XDA forum that this could be a manufacturing defect, where the sealing between the glass and the LCD module have some flaw...i think it is suppose to be vacuum in the gap =/..but regardless, HTC will fix it if your unit have some dust between the glass and LCD...

i dont think they might be able to detect whether u have rooted or not i guess? my advice is not go to for official unlocking lol..btw..i heard that the official OTA is being pushed out to unbranded device in Europe already..and even in the US, those T-mo user already gotten their update..wondering why the asian one has yet to receive any OTA update..i've sent in an email inquiring when will we be getting our 2.3.4 update..will update it here for those who are still using the stock rom =/

Yes..u can get it changed....no question asked from SIS...they will test it abit..and change on the spot...yea u heard me...they change it immediately....but my advice is...don't change if it is mininal..don't go press it it will get worse..leave it the hell alone...I think its normal for it to creak..since they are moving parts...and not made from 1 piece...I read somewhere..they say the creak is for when the battery get bloated after using it for a while lol..don't know how true is that...

Sgs2 have yellow tint on the screen...and pink spot camera...and their amoled is famous for burning in after a while...u will have the notification bar burn onto the screen permanently....as far as I know...sensation have software problem only...even a lot of user has been reporting that the death grip is fixed in the latest ota...even without the latest ota...I think the death grip only happens when the WiFi signal is poor...and it nvr drop any connection like iPhone 4..u can't fix yellow tint and stop smoked from burning in tho...

ive been waiting for that too..got a lot of pretty positive feedback on the OTA update..some even report that it fixes the death grip..and i sent an email to HTC asia yesterday..and they replied me saying that they are not informed of any update yet...even the US's T-Mobile has gotten it..and they are suppose to have it before asian unbranded =(...heard that UK also havent had any OTA pushed out too
