hi bro, does anyone experience Sensation screen suddenly blank off... and it needs to take off battery and restart again...

while its screen blank off, i still can unlock the phone and i heard the unlock screen notification sound and the phone still can ring...

how come this happens ???

if send to service centre, and the phone nothing happens, will it solve the problem ?

S-Off and subsequently rooting is really not a problem already nowadays.

@max: wow.. sorry to hear tat mate.. i believe HTC has a copy.. SiS is just the authorised distributor for Malaysia, which i dont think they have other information apart from serial number / imei number distributed by HTC.

those who rooted, any of you removed bloatware by htc via titanium backup? does it improve the smoothness and battery life?

Honestly I don't see a difference using juice defender, sometimes I suspect it made things worse >_<, and for things like whatsapp it actually delays the message, so its not instant anymore.

i'm new to this phone and the heat issue is really annoying. so far i've seen max above 45c and average of around 40c during normal use like surfing.
is this still considered normal? personally it's really too hot for comfort.
