 Heya, can anyone help with Blizzard store?, trying to purchase a mount..

heya, im trying to purchase a mount from the Blizzard Store North American region, i wanted to purchase a Celestial Mount but everytime i click on the checkout button, i always get the page which state, "an error had occured" .... i even try on google chrome, firefox and etc but still cant check out... sad.gif

im using streamyx BTW and are online from Sabah for now since im working here for the time being...

is my internet too slow?? im using the streamyx package which is 512Kb i think.... tongue.gif my friend is the owner lolz tongue.gif

do you guys have recently purchase from the Blizzard Store??? sad.gif please do help with any information that you guys have....

p/s: this is my first time playing WoW and i only have a level 30++ character lolz... anyway, since we are in malaysia, what preferred location do you guys use?? US? Oceanic? Or Latin America?? because im using the US location... should i be using Oceanic??? im worried sad.gif

not your fault, doesn't matter which server we play,
i also doubt lag will cause that kinda of harm,
i believe you can paid, you can have the mount(unless Term of Agreement state otherwise)
you should ask the official Blizzard Tech service for more information, or maybe they will help fix this
Beware ramdon blizzard look alike hack website.
or you could even open an in-game ticket for help(will take a long time, 2~3 days maybe, mind you)

on the personal note, i find this purchase mount a waste of money, but thats my opinion

u should be playing wowTW, if u 1st time beginning. 100ms latency only. no lag no delay. WOOT, I CAN SEE MY FIREBALL CAST !!
