anybody tried dual booting?

anybody managed to dual boot? tried mine:

ARHD 5.2.3, and tried to install Virtuous Unity v.1.2.9 but it wouldnt install... any ideas?

Solved. It the ROM prob. Currently main ROM ARHD 5.2.3 with sub Rom latest cm7 stable release.. boot back and forth smoothly. Darn, now I got new prob low in SD capacity.. LOL..

Added on August 3, 2011, 11:52 amright on.. 2 methods available currently but i found the bootmanager is n00b proof. Great for flash maniacs..

Warning though: Nandeoid, nandoid, nandroid.. and get a bigger capacity mSD card.. 4 ROMs can be booted from a single desire HD

Dual boot Honeysense.. LOL. Tried it but all purple makes my eyes hurt. But nice interface though..

No lag so far.. honeysense hd. It's fun but the process a bit sien..

Dual boot use bootmanager. It's a fragile process.. I suggest to install the second ROM at mid night when no one calls or sms.. as both the said process kills the installation. If that happens:
1. Delete ROM at location of installed ROM slot even if Rom didn't show at slot.
2. Wipe cache / factory reset from bootmanager.
3. Reboot phone.
4. Delete all files within LOST.DIR

Yeah.. tried hydrogenMod and it works flawlessly. Highly recommended. There is miui zip too but currently still cant get around APN prob. Its a bit hard with bootmanager but worth a try.

There's always dual boot option. ARHD for gaming and MIUI for daily operations. Tried latest MIUI and it works great with BootManager.

yup. No all HTC related stuff.. its barebones. but it is smooth and some even a small as 68MB eg. CM7 - HydrogenMod.

what kernel u are having probs? yeah.. thats corrent. HTC Locations, HTC Sense functions all absent. but the trade off is simple and low batt consumption ROM with LordMod's crazy 1.9GHz kernel.. but... that is device dependent. some might works some aint.

Currently HydrogenMod v1.8 + LordMod 6.7.1 CFS. Main ROM is ARHD 5.2.3.

True indeed. DHD is always recommend to my friends. Still waiting too for ANT.. scouting US market almost daily. LOL.
