Hi.. need you guys' advice about something.

My DHD (SIS Set) front speaker confirmed dead a few hour ago. I've already rooted
my DHD together with ENG HBOOT and flashed ARHD.

My questions are...

Will SIS service center claim the warranty for me since it's hardware faulty?
(I know about warranty void if you root your phone.)

How to unroot? Flash official RUU?

Will the ENG HBOOT go back to the factory default?

Where is the SIS service center that open on Sunday in KL? Time Square?

1. Did you do a nandroid backup of your stock ROM? If you do, SuperWipe your phone and restore back the stock ROM nandroid backup.
2. As you did radio S-off and Eng S-off before, just radio-ON the phone again, its available in the tool u used it to radio S-off back then.

Check this link to get the software how to radio S-on. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=857537

3. Unroot your phone using VisionaryR14.

Then, you can send it for RMA.

I did it 3 months back, my phone came back fine and great wink.gif

OMG!!! I only flashed back to the official RUU but didn't radio S-ON back.
My phone is unrooted right now but still ENG HBOOT S-OFF.

I've already passed my phone to my friend to help me to bring the phone
to the service center to claim warranty because I'm living outide KL area
and I don't have time to bring my phone to claim the warranty and he doesn't
know how to do ENG HBOOT S-ON.

Do you think that they will claim the warranty for me?

How long did they take to claim the warranty for you?

I need this phone back urgently because I will be overseas
this phone back by this Wednesday.

Which service center do you think it's the best to send this phone
to claim the warranty?
