Wipe script can be remove manually in updater-script.

Not bragging my 'pro' or something but a little knowledge that are meant to be shared to everyone.


open rcmix3d.zip (it could be any rom you use) using 7zip.
go to META-INF
extract updater script, open it using Notepad++
then delete the code above

CODE

package_extract_dir("tmp", "/tmp");

save the file
copy it back to META-INF folder
????

Err, what wireless problem...? I'm using v3.0 now, no such problem. Mine + -45min dropped 1%.

Yup, I use 'never' also. Seriously my connection not giving any problem to me. I didn't have to disconnect or reconnect whatever. Both wi-fi and 3G data works ok.

And about the battery life, 45min dropped 1% quite ok la. And with 3G enable, my battery dropped around 7% from 11pm+- to 8.45+-. And this happened yesterday night. For now I don't want to complaint about the battery life because it still acceptable. (for me)

Desire or Desire HD ..? Btw I'm experiencing battery heat up only when I use 3G data too long and playing Gameloft or high performance game. Max can get 39 degree celcius. But still okay la, can feel my phone warm only, not too hot.

Yes, use Super Wipe. In fact if I want to upgrade RCMix rom also I use Super Wipe. Nice utility.


Only that certain app not compatible or what ..? Few runny user also reporting same problem. A simple solution would be delete MarketUpdater in Settings > Application.

About usb Tethering, really don't have any idea about that as I very rarely use that.
As for USB Charging, there is no way you can disable it.

Some reported good feedback, some don't. In my case, the sound quality increased. Can hear message tone even when my DHD in my jeans pocket. When using stock long long time ago, can hear sh*t. One solution is you might try to download Volume+. Can boost sound also.

I did not experience WiFi problem, not disconnected etc etc.. Everything ok.

Err, headset didn't noticed much.. But right after using Volume+, you can hear the different. You can try Equalizer from Market too.
