okay. I'll try reflashing the ROM all over again and then carefully apply scripts. not just simply hantam.

hmmm how to check whether it's compatible? let's say i wanna install rcmix3d v4.
then there's tweaks here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=840040 at 2nd post there. "custom modifications" How to know what version is my ROM? or is that only for ARHD users? Can diff tweaks from diff ROMs be used for rcmix3d? |

That one are specially made for ARHD. Yes, it is possible to use some of those mods but check whether is it compatible or not. Mostly we check based on build number. Check in Settings > About Phone > Software Info. Why I said that one specially made for ARHD ..? Because ARHD can be described as stock rom with root feature. It is a plain rom, very lightweight in Sense rom category. Most of the mods there already included in RCMix3D. |

Oh, transition animation. Flash it, if you don't like it, just find the default animation back. If you can't find it, flash rom back WITHOUT full wipe. But AFAIK, RCMix3D comes with built-in full wipe feature. |

hmmm I notice something here. maybe you guys can try out with your dhd as well.
current setting is screen brightness to auto. when I start camera, I can feel that screen brightness goes to max. does that happen to you guys? Then if i go to gallery by pressing the thumbnail in camera, it displays at full brightness for a while and then while i'm browsing, brightness will suddenly go to a very low level. low until it's a bit difficult to view the pics. Does that happen to yours? |

awww mannn....
1)so there's no way to prevent backlight from going so dim until it's difficult to view the pics in gallery? 2) how do I install OC Daemon? when i tried ARHD ROM, there's an option in the all apps, it lets me set min max for sleep and also min max processor for when it's not in sleep. Fffuuuuu... Why the hell BlackIce rom still no update.
alienmind, y u no update. Still on MIUI until they update it. Make sure you have an internet connection, it needs to download the package file. You can choose either Virtuous daemon or Andrev_OC daemon .. Basically, both same function. So how do I make sure the oc daemons are running? --- by the way, guys....I've flashed agps worldwide 1.3. however, when I use "GPS status", I hardly can get a lock. sometimes lock 3 and then after few seconds it disappear. so my papago wont locate my current location. I choose GSM only for my mobile network as I dont use 3G and HSDPA. but, signal is always kinda weak. any radio things I should do. If so, which one? I prefer to use daemon controller. Use v2.21 beta. If you got problem, try check in /system/etc/ by using Root Explorer. Try see got virtuous_oc folder or not. But if let say you use oc beater, you can change the freq and governors in there. Also, by using Terminal Emulator, you can check and change the frequencies / gov also. First time lock, should take around 10 minute to lock GPS. If you apply a case, open the case first. |

QUOTE Governors for NOOBS interactive - Instead of sampling the cpu at a specified rate, the governor will scale the cpu frequency up when coming out of idle. When the cpu comes out of idle, a timer is configured to fire within 1-2 ticks. If the cpu is 100% busy from exiting idle to when the timer fires then we assume the cpu is underpowered and ramp to MAX speed. smartass - Is an improved version of interactive governor ondemand – Available in most kernels, and the default governor in most kernels. When the CPU load reaches a certain point (see “up threshold” in Advanced Settings), ondemand will rapidly scale the CPU up to meet demand, then gradually scale the CPU down when it isn't needed. conservative – Available in some kernels. It is similar to the ondemand governor, but will scale the CPU up more gradually to better fit demand. Conservative provides a less responsive experience than ondemand, but can save battery. performance – Available in most kernels. It will keep the CPU running at the “max” set value at all times. This is a bit more efficient than simply setting “max” and “min” to the same value and using ondemand because the system will not waste resources scanning for CPU load. powersave – Available in some kernels. It will keep the CPU running at the “min” set value at all times. userspace – A method for controlling the CPU speed that isn't currently used by SetCPU. For best results, do not use the userspace governor. brazilianwax - Very agresive version of smartass interactiveX - Tweaked Interactive governor by Imoseyon by adding more features like suspend/wake profile ondemandX - Tweaked and ported from 2.6.38 base Ondemand governor by Imoseyon by adding more features like suspend/wake profile Source » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by syuki: Nov 22 2011, 07:29 PM |
