That's the price the guy quoted me. Since there's no official price list and it all depends on the various bosses at the shop, your experience might vary.

Considering Waja continental CC5 already costs around 180, i would think 300+ for 16" would be damn expensive

Got Michellin XM2 yet?
*
Nope didnt ask for this. Even at 270 my wallet cries at the though of replacing the tires.

edit:
checking at the michelin site, they dont have XM2 in 205/60/16. Only the primacy.

But i guess the best way to know is to check at a tire shop.

For the guys that go to Senexis in Taman Mayang, do you guys usually make appointments for service? I normally send my car to the one at EON Jalan 226 but want to switch as Senexis is nearer to my place (the last time I called in Jan they said they don't do Inspira).

Hey guys. Apparently the nyek nyek sound in the morning already fixed. The replacement bushings already ready, so do visit the service centers.

I'm now at senaxis service center, but no stock here.

Trying to get my 'nyek nyek' bushings changed is a headache now due to the upcoming festival. Too many ppl flooding the service centers. Even today at 10am already have 7 cars in queue for service at Senaxis.

Looks like will need to send the car in at 830 and hitch a ride to the office.

Just call up your regular service center and tell that you want to change your suspension bushings due to a problem. They should know about it.

Any authorized service center should do.

Went to Senaxis. Think they have no stock for the bush now (I took their last set  tongue.gif ) but they reordered. Priority given to existing clients of the SC. Just tell them its the absorber/antil roll bar got sound. Its a known issue and they have replacement bushes now. Yours has noise?

Wait a minute, I just called and Ruby told me she reserved the last unit for me this Thursday. Need to re-call them tomorrow to see if got stock or not, otherwise putih-putih go there no stock.

My plan is to go petronas and buy s3k, and use it for my inspira. Then bawa balik the s800 for my Wira. I just hope the oil doesn't leak out from the engine of my wira. The engine also 17 years old already, never overhaul before.

That way i get both free gifts  thumbup.gif

Currently my wira drink petrol like water....can squeeze around 330km from a full tank..., around 9km/l

Actually you can watch out for those offers in hypermarkets for cheap oil. The last time managed to get Mobil 1 for rm140 at tesco. Even last weekend I asked a spare parts shop, shell helix ultra going for rm160 only, versus the rm200 plus they charge at service centers. Feels damn rip off.

Please don't buy oil at outside workshop....there has been many cases of fake oil going on. Only buy from Petrol Stations or official SC. You don't want to kill your car by being cheapskate.

As for Tesco oil, i believe somebody discuss before, the ratings might be a bit different than similar local brands.

I guess it really depends on how you trust the shop that sells you the goods. Usually the rest of the cars in my house use Mobil 1 and we've been buying them from a regular shop or sometimes in Tesco when they have offer. Most of the time when changing oil after 10k, the viscosity still remains almost unchanged only blacker, so i guess the oil is good.

Just got done with the nyek nyek fix. Will need to wait till tomorrow morning to see if ok.

My manual also the same, some times when moving from 1 to 2, there's resistance for the gear to go in and some times theres a light sound. I realize if i hold the clutch longer there's less issue with it.

I might want to flush the gear box oil the next time i service.

How about Titan adjustable monotubes?

My friend (lancer) did his around 2k plus. They can adjust to your liking at their shop since its made there. Quality of materials top notch (they use lathe milling for some of the parts).

Free service for 2 years and after 1 month can go back to re-adjust for free.

There's always a 'sniper' under the overhead bridge R&R before the USJ exit on the ELITE highway. According to the taxi drivers, sometimes they even camp in the restaurant itself with a window open.

I'm guessing boonykun uses the ELITE highway to work based on the time stamps of the samans. That stretch is a 90 zone.

Wow. How you managed to fill in 63l. I thought the fuel tank is only 59l?

It should function at night was well since most interchange areas are well lighted up. That's why when at night, best to speed only at the non lighted up areas but slow down when reach rest stop areas and interchange area.
