I can imagine you could have used some SCRATCH POLISH WAX which eats into the paint...those are for old cars with oxidized coat and you want to remove it with hard cleaning polishing material...this is new car, use use normal wax...when you buy wax, there's indication whether it's for old car or new car. Just buy those normal or for new cars will do.

Btw, don't use sponge lar...can scratch your car one....

the reason im asking because duirng my 1k service,i already used fully syn oil,but they still 'advice' me to come for 5k service ,thats why i want to know what they did? they going to change my oil again? or is there any other service that they will do?

After 1000KM service let me know whether the PE/EON/COSE 'kacau' the VS & GROUNDING or not. otherwise they will close 1eyes and you keep in 5years warranty mate!

The RM2.50 o-ring for the drain plug? No. All other gaskets should not be reused either. Never trust a mechanic who claims can reuse.
