Well thats not the argument here right

Everyone is happy with their car. Its just "some" ppl who are trying to force down their logic into other ppl throats and justify modifying everything to give the impression that they paid 120 for a lancer and not 90k for their proton version.

smile.gif you own what you can afford,

Hehehe smile.gif No point for "some" ppl to say stuff like ppl will be scared of my car cause they dunno if its mitsu or proton.

idiots logic. nothing more.

No point arguing. It's the owner's car, he or she can do what ever they want with their car. Some prefer to put mitsu badge and mod all to looks like a lancer. negative view, lancer wanna be. Positive view, they save 30k. Can afford a lancer does not mean u have to pay extra 30k to own it.

I bought an inspira becoz I like lancer. It's not that I can afford or not, but mitsu didn't bring manual in tongue.gif.
But for sure I won't put in a mitsu badge.

Just my 2 cents
*
Valid points taken, but some people put the mitsu badge so that other people "think" or "perceive" that his Inspira with a Mitsu badge is an expensive car so they dont dare come near to bang or park closely to you...is this logical or not... rclxub.gif

I also dont remember Mitsu being an expensive brand either, even more rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I am attacking you? Re-read my post...I am not replying to you at all...so hard to understand?

Please get off my back and keep saying I am attacking you..I am also just giving my 2 kupang on the wannabe matter..and like you, entitled to say anything I want on this thread.

At age 24 I am still using my parents red SLK* to work, rich or not? brows.gif ...

That statement was indeed a bit childish, but it was actually how the "person" in question was trying to strong arm everyone's mentality to follow his own.

its as if he is trying to justify to himself that what he did is right.

when others commented otherwise, he started replying everyone 1 by 1 to try and prove his point.

once he saw that his logic was flawed, he transform into a barbarian and started sprouting gibberish.

Hahhaah.

This reminds me of his previous "Let's scratch Lancer idea" shakehead.gif

Yes just like what poadster described...also do test it during low lighting conditions...see if you can see the objects at the rear properly...if not, might as well not have it , beats the purpose of having it if not working well at night..

sorry bro, I have nothing to recommend as I didn't need one nor tried any other brands to properly advice you...mine is linked to the aftermarket HU & the reverse cam has an independent light output that helps the camera in the dark...even pitch dark area is not an issue with mine..

Any HID that is retrofitted is illegal regardless the temperature say the law...however those stock HID that comes with the car these days is a 4300k, so choose this if you are gonna use HID, I am using 4300k HID and so does a few others over here ...we know the risk of getting caught so think properly before you decide to get one..use at own risk as they say tongue.gif

lucky for us and also surprisingly HID on our stock reflector headlamp is not glaring & very similar to a civic FD2 2.0 standard HID..some may argue it is glaring just because it's retrofitted..but I have check with friends and family by driving behind their cars to test..no one them complained..in fact they say looked like stock HID

benefits of HID: longer lasting & brighter..and now it's so much cheaper than osram or Philips high powered bulbs...for me it's worth it...even getting caught with it tongue.gif

Lol, got caught before? How much the summon? So you changed all the bulb to HID 4300k? Inclusive fog light? May I knw the price and brand name please? Also which shop you did, im planing to install my car too! Hehe..
*
Unfortunately, NEVER! laugh.gif So far pass all the police blocks without any issue..*touch wood*

Yes I changed all to HID except high beam, a warning: fog lamp is glaring.. blush.gif

I bought a taiwan made or maybe its a china made HID..from a seller at LYN, Eric http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1625308&hl=eric the HID is so far reliable and good..no regrets..and excellent service, he came to my house to fix as I was unable to go out to COD with him.. thumbup.gif

If rosak in 1-2 years also not heart pain as I can easily change another set..

Guys where can get the hood damper?rhose left and right one? What brand u all recomend? Is it worth it and practicality compare stock 1?

Added on August 14, 2011, 11:22 pmi believe u need to rewired if HID ..
the original connector will need to connect to the ballast and the ballast to the HID bulbs

So how bout warranty inspira?
*
As mentioned earlier, installing HID does not void any warranty, they are plug and play items, IF you need to claim the warranty for your headlamps, then before you go, just remove the HID bulbs n ballast, reconnect the ori connector to the halogen bulbs and nobody will ever know you have fitted a HID before, as there is no wire cutting involved.
