No lar, the AVG doesn't means the car drove a bit only...it's the Average distance travelled over time, i can get AVG 10km/h for a day or two sometimes. But the 66l/100km is after car start and idle a few minutes then start moving...haha. My AVG speed over the weekend much better...can reach 3x km/h!!!! (Less traffic jam). I think the AVG speed calculates the distance you've travelled compare to the time taken. So if you stuck in jam forever like me, you can always get very low AVG.
