I have used the stock XXKG3, and cooked versions based on it - Litening 4.2, Bastito 3.2 and now Solar Flare v1.0 - NO such issues at all.

hi everyone, just bought my SGS2 last week. Notice that the battery consumption is very bad. Even worst than my ip4. Btw both phone with 3G always on. I've kill all apps running background. Still the same thing happen. This morning unplug from charger now only left 88%. Only receive 1 call about 3 minute.

My battery now lasts about 18 hours before going flat. What is network-location-cell-update anyway? I've turned off everything and it still eats up all my juice. UGH.

dun think got much difference compare to stock ROM though. u sure u r facing ur works, not facing ur phone all the time in office?   

if so, the more your screen on, then i guess your phone will be on awake..so no worries..i believe all sgs2 user had bad battery life because they enjoy their phone too much..for who had very good battery life, probably is under utilized,,

is it normal that every big picture i crop to be my wallpaper became pixelated? because it does for me...

its not good for you doesnt mean its not good for others. i rather have something inside the kernel instead of an app.
you my friend must be a rom flasher cuz of the theme and UI only. VR's apps and core system is optimized, deodexed and make it possible to flash themes, mods, and apply tweaks like the VRTweak app. of course people will see nothing difference. but i know many things is going on behind that stock like rom. of couse Litening is deodexed too, if not they are no themes! diff only the UI between VR, Litening and others. and diff dev diff optimization too.

Litening v5.0

When we open a few apps in S2 using Lite'ning5.0, which is the fastest way to view and switch to other apps that we open?

In PC we can just click the different program at the bottom bar.

But in S2 how?

You sir, have got a rogue app terrorizing your CPU cycles/RAM, sounds like.

I am used to the whole concept of rebooting to clear lag, as my old N900 even needs a script to religiously reboot it every day at 5am just so it won't lag.

But on the SGS2, I can safely say I never really needed to do that, as I've always had to reboot only when I flash/mod stuff (or when I need to change the battery, which happens quite often). Stuff remains generally quick and non-laggy.

And I'm even CONSTANTLY UNDERCLOCKED to 800mhz max.
