Anyone on Litening 5.0 can clarify whether hardware shutter button mod for camera is included? Pressing Volume Up/Down for shutter.
Yes I would like to try it myself but I don't have the phone yet, going to buy it later. 

I wish to flash either Batista 3.4 or Litening 5.0 after purchase, still downloading the rom though, slow screamyx..

guys did you try using the stock player, equalizer set to auto and sound effect to normal? sounds alot better than the other settings to me. all those equalizers, using 2 some more(poweramp + equalizer app) really distorts the treble altho bass is nice. Can i know you guy's audio settings? music is important in my life =)

For backup battery wise, i feel the best solution is still an external battery pack.

When need to charge, just plug in with the external battery pack.

anyone has overheat issue with S2?I just bought mine 2 days ago from maxis running ori rom..

the phone gets very hot at the back of the camera when playing 720 p or playing intensive game after 10 mins........very hot...i tell u ...i need to off it and cool it down..

Some ppl want to stay at stock rom until they get an official upgrade through Kies. Phone out from the box with original stock rom shouldn't have any defect or problems. That means no need to upgrade just to solve the problems that shouldn't be a problem in the first place.
He should take his phone back to Samsung and check whether his phone got any problem. And it's definately not by upgrading with unofficial firmware :-)

That's where you're wrong my friend. If he feel his phone got problem while he still using original stock rom, then he should make a complaint and bring it back to Samsung for an exchange a new set.
If Samsung says his problem is normal and not a problem at all then it's a different story.
I have no problems whatsoever when using official XWKF1 and that the way it should be. Maybe his phone motherboard got problem, maybe his video is corrupted, who knows. Better let him bring his phone for checkup first rather advise him to upgrade.
Or better still., let Samsung upgrade the firmware for him  if they think it can solve his problems.!!

Can I directly flash CFRoot kernel to get my phone rooted? I want to backup the stock rom using CWM.
I want to flash to LiteNing 5.0 afterwards, it comes with a kernel right?
After flashed to Litening my kernel will still be CFroot kernel or T17 kernel?
Sorry because of this sentence in his post he makes me confused.

Yesterday, I tried to flash Litening 5.0 But stucked at the startup screen.

FYI, I'm coming from Infusion 2.0.

I detech have pink spot on my camera, should i exchange my phone to new one or just forget about it and except it..

I also facing the same thing..after upgrd to litening rom 5.0..My battery also drain faster..But Im not sure whether is because of the go launcher or this rom?

Flashed KG6 modem -> no service after reboot while charged (reproducible). Back to KF2 lah nampaknya.
