wake up, wake up, this is no iphone..
the body chassis is all plastic, so there's no leakage to begin with.

iPhone? You mean Sensation? I said Wifi, not phone signal... But then again, I just found out was the wireless router problem... doh.gif

Hm... Just realised that mine also having the pinky camera issue under low/mid light conditions... Seems that with the flash on, the pink concentration is lower but not completely vanish... And somehow i felt that even with bright lighting, there's still some trace of pinky circle on the center of the pic... hmm.gif How you guys check the camera firmware version? icon_question.gif

Edit: Nvm, just found out the *#34971539# code...

yes, i think its been mentioned that the pink spot happens in only low light condition... in which, normally, ppl will then use flash... which should eliminate the pink spot, no?
*
Yeah, but the flash quality not so good, making the picture most brightest at the center and darker at the edge of the picture... unsure.gif

Uncle Benny, you once said that Windows7 not really safe to use for flashing rom due to the usb driver problem or something? If yes then might use my desktop for the rom flashing...

And i tried to download the usb driver from the link provided in the XDA forum but when i got to the Samsung page, nothing to click on for the download and also nothing popup for auto download... icon_question.gif
I did use the Kies via USB b4 so do i still need to download the usb driver or it's alrdy installed?

Refer page 1 post #3 Q21 : for the USB driver link
KIES is very buggy - it is unreliable . If it works, it is good. Sometimes it is just stubborn, won't work.

I did the instructions as shown in the thread...
Instructions:
1. You'll need the latest version of odin3 and the USB drivers for Windows. jutley's post on debranding the phone has links to both: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1064894
2. Grab the kernel. It is a tar file for odin with the overclocked kernel and a initramfs with proper modules for the kernel: http://setcpu.com/files/galaxysii_oc_v1.tar
3. Reboot the phone into download mode using ADB:
adb reboot download
4. Flash the kernel using odin3 by placing the tar file in the PDA section and pressing "Start."
5. The phone will reboot automatically.
6. Use SuperOneClick to root your phone if you haven't already. ADB should have root access with this kernel so it'll just work.
7. Grab SetCPU and try 1.504GHz.

I did flash the one in the highlighted one... Or is it i allow SetCPU to detect by its own? sweat.gif
Need to flash again?

I'm still on virgin ROM and kernal...i think... doh.gif
