The reason why it's hard to say it's the blue subpix dying is because the yellowish is too uniform, it looks alot to me like it's a color balance problem than the pix dying, cause all the blue subpix arent made equal so if it's dying it's likely you will see variant and patchy yellowish here and there, but not on the yellow screen. It's juz too uniform  sweat.gif

Hmm, good point.

Well at least the uniformness ensures that the ChainFire3D Pro tweak I'm using would work properly when I adjust color balance.

Also, I noticed that film mode is yellow-er then then two others.

about the 2g/3g switch, i said b4 google didnt release the api for changing that, that's why widgetsoid cant directly do it

Yeah, I even argued with some guy before about 2g/3g switch in Widgetzoid not working (properly, they got some apndroid thing going in the meantime).

If it happens, I'll be a happy man too. Couple this with tasker woah gila.

H+ all the time. KF2 seems the best for me. if using other modem, i'll have that idle network where the H+ signal going back and forth between H and 3G, and sometimes it hangs, and i need to refresh the page or market to make it working again. KF2 makes the H+ working stable like wifi in my case. want to know why i go for kf2? cuz when we first bought phone, it all comes with kf1 right? but i cant find one, found ke7 but its not good. so i tried kf2, and its the best, kg2, kg3 and kg6 gives the same problem as i state above.
*
Echoes my findings: KF2 works best for a stable connection, though KE4 is (arguably) better in terms of battery life (it's got a slightly worse WIFI connection quality though).

KG2-6 for me has a weird "service goes missing (no service) while on external power/connected to USB", plus service is actually worse compared to the KF2/KE4 combo. No idea why.

BTW, I just ditched my JuiceDefender setup for an even more comprehensive (and less battery consuming) Tasker setup. However, tasker is really a PITA to set up, but immensely flexible when you finally figure it out.

Still on VR2.0 + Nin2.0.5 too lol. Gila Frankenbuild.

So that means if i set 200mhz at 825mv, for screen off profile i set min 500mhz, max 800mhz, priority 90% ...i wont go coma right?
*
You CAN set 200 minimum if:

1) You know the voltage at which your processor sleepdies (and hence run it higher a bit)
2) You're running the Nymph kernel (which has something related to sleepdeath tweaked, forgot what).

I'm running 500-200 screen off right now with no problems at all.

im a new beginner to sgs 2. i think im having wifi problem with my sgs2. the phone keeps on obtaining ip address since the wifi is not far away. anyone can tell me how to fix it? thx

The router might not be compatible with your SGS2. I faced this before with my new UniFi install at my parents', crappy ass RD router didn't do much routing at all, to any device pun.

Routed the connection to my old Belkin G, and only used the old router as a bridge/splitter. Now everything's fine and dandy.
