litening i think is 4.2 already lol
wifi is stable if you are using CF root, when using nymph kernel the wifi stucks at obtainin ip address step, and unless u change ur ip to static address (which is impossible in my company), your wifi will stuck there forever@@
I use 4.2 before and my wifi seems fine wor. Kernal Ninpo...

Maybe lucky?

hehe ya o XD
just now i use the method at page 1 for rooting
Rooting using SuperOneClick
so if now i wan try install custom rom
do i need change kernel ?
cause i read at the page 1 of the villian rom
First of all, if you are upgrading from VillainROM 1.2 or above, just flash this from CF-Root version of CWM. I suggest a backup first. A wipe is not required, but if you have issues, is suggested. I updated without a wipe, and no issues here.
If you are installing from another ROM, or stock ROM, you need to be using the CF-Root kernel, as applicable for your current ROM. You can find CF-Root and instructions ....
i am from custom to root then now i should how ?
if you want to install VR do this.
1. if you do not have chain fire root, go xda, download it and install. If you have installed cf earlier then can ignore #1.
2. Now you got cf already. Install VR by, do backup if you want, MUST wipe full, wipe cache and wipe dalvik.
3. Now install VR through CWM. Power Up, Home and Power at same time. Chosoe install from zip and choose the VR file you saved in your sd card or phone memory.
4. Reboot.
5. Install VR tweak and install the updates in there (some are optional so is your choice).
6. Also good if you update the latest modem (link in VR forum), cos sometime it could affect signal, wifi or something.
