After I did a simple reading..I found out there is an option to do that..you can have all the Samsung Apps if you didnt press "Skip Samsung Apps"..

Please elaborate what do u mean by " problems comes with rooting " ? For what I understand , rooting only gives u full access to the phone including the system file which is by default locked and nothing else or no additional benefits . If u r talking about problems coz those files where altered after rooting , dun blame the root , blame the user

Had my ext4 crashing on me every other week also the ROM would somehow fails after a few week of usage. So based on my bad experience, maybe so that's why I said such. Just abit afraid now. Don't mind me. I'm not condemning rooting. so chillax

hi r47z, come come join us. DEsire has served us well. it was a legendary phone so only sgs2 worth the upgrade.

EDIT : never had those problems on Desire. maybe its on your end only.

lol joining. I have SGS2 already, my Desire is at home. It serves as a so called development of my MIUI theme since it's not completed yet. SGS2 is worth the upgrade for sure. It's now my camera also since it takes awesome pictures.

working for me.

no i didn play games. it feels warm, hot like you talkings phone for long time with friends.
i just playing around like adding widgets, adjusting brightness messaging. etc.


SO, is that mean SGS2 has the problem of heat?

Have not installed Lite'ning 5.0 but the same steps should apply. To bring up the laucnher choice menu, short press your home button once. A menu should pop up for you to choose your preferred launcher. Select the one you want and tick "Set as default".
