No, only the USB charger.

According Belkin support there is an internal, non replaceable 16V, 1.5A fuse inside the unit.

The 'Belkin Micro Auto Charger' is a powered standard USB 5VDC rated at 1000mA port, our internal testing & feedback from customers so far shows that only Apple products refused to charge if any charger provide lower than the specification required by the Apple products. Other brand/manufacturer products will either charge faster if supplied higher or charge slower if supplied lower than the device specification requirement.
We appreciate feedback from whoever experienced otherwise.

Kindly check the manual for your Apple product on the required specifications for charging or 5% discount on all our products will be given to the 1st iPhone user who are able to verify this!

So far there is zero feedback of incompatibility issue on Honda Jazz from our customers. The compatibility issue of the Belkin ONLY occur on cars with non-standard cigarette lighter receptacle so if your cars happened to have compatibility issues with some other gadgets in the past, there are changes that the Belkin will have issue on your car as well.

So far there is zero feedback of incompatibility issue on Mitsubishi Triton 2.5 + HTC IS & SE x10 mini from our customers. But we are pretty sure the x10 mini can be charge as it can be charge with standard 500mA USB port on computers so it should be fully charge with a 1000mA Belkin in shorter time.
