It's been a while since I bought the cable, but I can finally give a simple review.

The cable, connected to a Fiio E11, does in fact improve highs and even instrument separation. The soundstage noticeably improved as well. However, this depends on the headphones I'm using.
Some pairs have sounded harsher than before; this may not be suitable for pairs with forward mids or highs. My best guess is that the cable I got is best for headphones lacking in the highs, or rather to tame bass-centric cans. But since I already have plans to upgrade my headphones soon, the cable would be put to better use by then.

Overall, great cable, though it may not fit to everyone's taste. Thanks more2teayap for this product

Yes you are right, Gotham GAC4/1 mini focuses on highs, good for setup that lacks of highs but remains the sound of copper.

Hi bro, more2teayap bro ad mentioned in ur post that its impossible. And also, using the lightning adapter wif LOD wast as complex as u think, u can refer to bro joshuachew's picture of his setup as his iPod is connected to DAC via an adapter and LOD.
