I think just reduce carb,eat more protein and fiber (fruits). Not to say you have to cut carb completely.
based on net, to gain flat tummy - you have to do sit ups or anythg that relevant to abs. cardio is good too (I suggest HIIT methods). i think your goal is have a lean body, light weight-lifting is essential.
as for lipo 6, if you do wish to try, i suggest lipo 6 for her (you are a lady right?). just take 30mins before workout. No need to take it on rest day.
this way you feel more energetic to do workout. lipo 6 ultra concentrate is too strong imho. personally i hate cardio too, very boring. but i do switch to rowing and cycling. skipping pun ok.
