Actually... Kyu and I just got ours, we just need to update the system and thats it
So I don't really know about that... Gotta wait till september 1st to see if you can download the games or not... |

The ambassador note in news is just until 11.59 11th Aug EST
But it will still be in your 3DS notification saying that you are an ambassador and will be rewarded free games starting 1st September. (For those who accessed shop and see the Ambassador news article) So ppl buying the 3DS later won't see it EVAR again.... Not sure about those who didn't access shop in the first place though... I've been reading stuff...
"Do you like free games? I do, I do, I do! To enlist in Nintendo 's 3DS Ambassador program, unlocking 20 free games throughout the rest of the year, you have until midnight EST to log into the eShop . That's all you have to do!" Apparently, you HAVE to log into eShop after Nintendo's announcement. Nintendo themselves said to become an ambassador, you either need to update your system to the latest firmware OR just simply log into the eShop to register for the ambassador program. I'm thinking that Updating is for systems that are bought from 28th July - 11th Aug. For Systems that are already Updated from before the announcement, you have to log into the eShop. |
