LOL. Lost is a lost. its back to the drawing board guys. At least this time we really have a good team base for the next qualifications. Now, time to teach some Italian art of defending to our defenders lol.

Yeah its been a while ever since we have a pretty good keeper. Our last reliable keeper was probably Khairul Azman (rmb his heroics against the arabs).

I wouldn't really blame RG for this match. For this critical match, its best to maintain team harmony and understanding. Its worse if you call up players and they fail to blend in.

I agree that this team is the best we had for years, and this team has potential and can form the backbone for our national team for years to come. Now is to give them exposure and experience so that they can vary their gameplay according to situations. Other than our defence, I think the current team is at least as strong as the national team before the bribery wipeout in the 1990-ies.

For this match, we have been too reliant on Safee and Safiq to provide the solution. Lack of depth is really a problem in our squad now. What if Apek get injured and unable to play? GG. If safiq cannot play? GG. I can't imagine our team can play without jitters if we lack any one of those 3.

Say, Mana itu titus ah? is he still playing in france?

Yeah, i always thought apek should be our first choice keeper after his heroics at the tiger cup, was he injured in the first leg?

But our main problem is lack of depth in our MF and defence. Our defenders many time look lost and rely on Apek to save them. I think they really need to improve on understanding so that they don't get lost whenever they opponent slip a through ball. You can see them running everywhere but when the ball comes they are always a step behind.

Of course they definitely need to work on ball control. Panic too easily when kena pressed =.=.

apek and Safiq should consider playing overseas if they get the chance. And Gunalan too.

There's time for Kuna, at least he possess that physical ability of being fast. He can work on skills now.

Apek is really our unsung hero. With experience his decision making will improve, it would be good if he's more aggressive .

Yah our foundation based not good, but at least our players have matured much better at a young age. They just lack experience.
Its too bad safee will be over 30 when come the next WC quali
