Can't seem to get around my head too on its layout & the point positions. Realised the flr trap is almost in the middle of the kitchen?

Subsale for 2A's intermediate units will b really challenging. Thus will make 1A & B the more popular choice for sure.

What I meant was that in the broucher, the layout plan also includes where they put the tv etc...so generally that's where the points wud be...

Chill pill bro...That's why my broucher is special....hehe....when I bought 1a, the design oredi different ie unorthodox..so I compared with scale model n marked where they put the tv etc...so extra effort a bit la...
This is the first glenmarie prop that I bought...so I was a bit uneasy when the broucher is without the proposed furniture layout. Comparing to the other houses I bought ie from i&p, nadayu etc, all hv their proposal in the broucher

Yeah, most brochures from other projects would clearly illustrates where tv, bed, etc is positioned.

Tot GP would hv better sense when they build their houses.
