anyone know home pc and laptop in shut down mode or dindt open still can remote on ipad2 using vnc app ?please help .thank

If it's off, it's off. Remote access cannot magically cause electricity to go through your home pc.....

Well let me get this clear .. you are trying to connect your IPAD with your PC without turn on your PC via VNC... ? emmm let me try to ask my little brother since he just came back from the kindergarten...



well he said you cant ... because you need to turn on your PC first ..

I see that Wake-on-LAN feature is available on VNC. As long as your network card supports this, your computer can be turned on through the WOL feature provided your network switch/router is on and the power outlet at your computer is still switched on (means your computer is shut down but the power outlet is still left on).
